P stands for pixel pitch, representing the distance between two adjacent LED pixels (in millimeters). A smaller pixel pitch means higher resolution and a closer optimal viewing distance.

Front maintenance: Ideal for wall-mounted installations with limited rear space; modules can be disassembled and maintained from the front

We adopt mainstream professional control systems (NovaStar, Colorlight), all support English and other multilingual interfaces, with user-friendly operation and stable performance.

Yes, our LED displays support local control via WiFi/Ethernet, and remote cluster control via 4G/5G/cloud platform. You can easily replace content, set timed on/off, and adjust parameters through mobile APP or remote computer.

01. What is the waterproof and dustproof grade of outdoor LED displays?
Conventional outdoor LED displays adopt IP65 front waterproof and dustproof design, and IP54 rear grade. We provide overall waterproof solutions for long-term outdoor use to adapt to various harsh weather conditions.
02. What is the service life and failure rate of LED displays?
The service life of our LED displays reaches 60,000-100,000 hours, with a normal service life of 5-8 years. We use brand-name core components (LED chips, IC, power supplies), with an annual failure rate lower than 1%.
03. Troubleshooting: black screen, blurred screen or partial non-lighting?
First check the power connection, network cable and sending/receiving cards for looseness; single module non-lighting is mostly caused by power failure, while full row/column non-lighting is mostly caused by signal cable faults. We provide professional remote troubleshooting guidance.
