The modules can be assembled after special treatment, with inner arc display surface, outer arc display surface and corner screen display surface.
Outdoor flexible modules are mainly used in: outdoor central square, exhibition halls, high-end shopping malls, airports and stations and other public places and other media release and display places.
Main Process Features
Standardized module size design 320 × 160mm, low current, low heat, high contrast, high refresh.
The bottom shell is equipped with 16 magnets, each containing 2500GS magnetic content, so that the adhesion force between the module and the box is stronger. The height of the magnets can be adjusted to effectively improve the flatness and use effect of the screen.
Support front and rear installation/maintenance design, front and rear waterproof process meets the requirements of IP65 waterproof grade.
The module lamp surface is equipped with a protective mask to protect the lamp bead, resist reflection and prevent solid dust from entering.
The back cover of the bottom shell adopts a honeycomb design pattern with great visual beauty: the back cover of the bottom shell is detachable, which is convenient for maintenance, better protects the components on the back of the module from damage and prevents water from entering the module.
The fall prevention safety rope is combined with the strengthening magnet to improve the safety level and prevent the module from falling due to strong environmental wind or high-altitude installation.
The PCB board adopts flexible soft plate, and the bottom shell adopts silicone material, which has good flexibility and eliminates static electricity.
