Flexible LED Display Module: Ingeniously designed based on the concept of flexible light strips, this innovative module features bendable LED technology. Main Process Features

  • The standardized size of the module is designed to be 320X160mm, with low current, low heat, high contrast and high refresh;

  • XR flexible module series is suitable for cylindrical screen, spiral screen, wave screen, ribbon screen and other artistic shapes. It can be applied to exhibition halls, science and technology museums, urban planning museums, art museums, museums, creative centers and other places;

  • The box structure adopts high strength sheet metal sandblasting iron box, and the unique segmented joint process effectively reduces the gap between the screen body;

  • The module adopts strong magnetic adsorption installation, and the height of the magnet can be adjusted to improve the flatness of the whole screen. The power supply is designed for front maintenance, and it can be installed in front of special scenes. With specific tools, it can meet the requirements of front maintenance;

  • PCB board adopts flexible soft plate, the bottom shell is made of silicone material, flexible performance, eliminate static electricity:

  • The thickness of the module is only 8.6mm, ultra-thin design, small space occupied;

  • The PCB board uses copper column welding and back glue to form a lockable iron seat with the bottom shell, making the module more firm and reliable;

  • The single plate is equipped with 18 magnets, and the magnetic capacity of each magnet reaches 2000 GS, which solves the problems of delamination and corner lifting of ordinary flexible modules, and effectively improves the flatness and use effect of the screen;
